You can reserve equipment and/or bikes using EMAIL. Please be sure to include the following details:-  
Your name, email address and the the dates of your flights into and from resort (or the dates you require the items you wish to hire if not for the duration of your holiday).
In the case of bike hire, make sure you specify the types of bike you wish to hire. Please note that the minimum hire period for pre-booking a bike is 4 days.

We will reply by email confirming your booking and the total price.

Upon your arrival in resort, please make your way to our office where your equipment will be ready for you. There you will be required to sign our 'receipt for equipment' form and pay for your hire. We may require a  cash deposit -  this can be made in Euros or Sterling. In some circumstances a copy of your passport may be required. If the equipment is too bulky, or you are unable to carry the equipment, we will endeavor to arrange delivery at a mutually convenient time.

PLEASE NOTE: The equipment will be held for 24 hours. We reserve the right to re-hire equipment if it is not collected within this time. Please read our Terms & Conditions.
